Drivers

How do I delete a driver?

  • Deleting a driver is not an option, but you can inactivate them or terminate them by changing their status.  To change the status, click the magnifying glass to edit driver, then change the status as necessary.  Inactive status can also be changed directly from the driver grid view.


How do I reset a password for a Driver?

  • Under the driver profile, you can enter a new password in the Change Password section, make sure you click Update Password, then Save.

 


Users

How do I delete a User?

  • Deleting a User is not an option, instead you need to inactivate them.  To do so, go under the User profile and switch the Active toggle to Off, then click Save.


How do I change a User password?

  • Under the User profile, you can enter a new password in the Change Password section, make sure you click Update Password, then Save


What do the different User Roles mean?

  • Cogent Shuttle Admin – Can manage all Shuttle, Driver, Location, and User details.
  • Cogent Shuttle User – Can only manage Shuttle, Driver, and Location details, not Users.

 

 


Shuttles

What do the red circles on the Map View mean?

  • The count inside the circle indicates how many shuttles are available in those areas.


How do I cancel a shuttle?

  • From the List View grid or in Edit mode of the shuttle order, change the status to Cancelled.


What do the red areas mean in New Shuttle Request?

  • The red boxes indicate fields that must be completed in order to create a new shuttle.


How do I see any photos or documentation a driver has added from the app?

  • From the Shuttle List View you can see if the Proof column lists any submissions.  If there are, click the magnifying glass and scroll to the bottom of the screen to view the Proof submissions.

 

 


Locations

What does Verified Address mean under Shuttle Locations?

  • Cogent verifies that each location address you enter is correct and valid.  This is important so shuttle drivers know exactly where they are going and for accurate mileage calculations.

 

 


Your Profile

How do I change my password?

  • There are two ways to change your password.
    1. From the login screen you can click Forgot Password.
    2. Within the software you can hover over your name in top right corner and click Profile.
